Vintage Photo Booth - Why Our Promise is Important
When looking through our website it is easy to pass over the page called “our promise” but I am writing to you tonight to tell you why you shouldn't. Chad and I both come from a hospitality background and we know how important providing exceptional customer service is. We want our clients to know that we take great care in distinguishing ourselves in the photo booth entertainment business.
So what does it mean to you? Well, to be honest, from the moment we decided to start our business we wanted to learn be different from the other guys and strive to better our services along the way. With our one year anniversary quickly approaching, I felt it was important to share with you what we introduced over the last year simply by listening to you, our valued clients.
1. PROPAGANZA – yes, we've talked about it all along, but I can honestly say that we do have an inventory of over 1000’s props (look at our gallery!). I am constantly on the hunt for unique items and often spend my nights researching what is the next best thing to photo booth props. What this means to our clients is that we can tailor our props to match your event’s theme…right down to matching the bride and groom’s wedding colors. We also added professional display cases to keep the props organized and visually appealing.
2. FREE USB with Photo Booth Rental - We now provide our clients with a USB immediately at the end of the night. Originally, we were providing our guests with a DVD of their photos mailed to their home approximately a week after their event. One of our clients mentioned that it was a little old school, so we immediately changed it to a USB. We also felt it was important to provide it to you immediately at the end of the event.
3. Another feature our bride and grooms asked us for were guest photo books. We had not explored this in the past, but realized it would be a great addition to offer our wedding clients. It is a unique approach to the traditional guest signing book and collects all of those treasured keepsakes in one spot for our happily married couple.
4. #hashtag printing station. At every event we attended last year, guests were taking photos of themselves with their smart phones and some events were requesting their guests to post their pictures to a specific #hashtag. We are proud to say that we are the first to bring #hashtag printing to Edmonton. Our #hashtag printing station can collect all images posted to Instagram and Twitter to one central location for on-site printing and live projection at your event. We can also help businesses increase traffic to their website or Facebook page.
5. Travel costs – in our first year, we decided not to charge our clients for travel out of the city. We believe it is the cost of doing business and we will continue to offer no charge for travel to events that do not require us to stay overnight in another city or town. If we can drive home after the event before the rooster chimes in, we're good to go!
6. Value - And finally, price. I think we simply say it best within our promise to our clients: “We endeavour to set a price that you feel is fair and represents great value for the product and service we provide. We promise to provide the best value to you and your guests… it is why we do not charge you for extra prints, our custom backdrops or custom photo strip designs”….And with that said, we ask that you do not consider booking with another booth based on our pricing. Tell us a price point that you are working with and we will customize a package that will work for you.
